here's the thing...♥

God is so good!

God did something today that I am not sure I will ever be able to understand. God put it on my heart to go back to Haiti to start my mission work. I have a lot of student loans and I originally estimated that it would take me 5 years to pay off my debt. I recently re-crunched some numbers and found that if I put a lot of money toward my loans I would be able to be done in 3 years! God blessed me with a great job that I love to be able to pay off my debt in 3 years and I was pretty excited about that. However, my heart still longs to go to Haiti to start doing missions full time as soon as possible! I was just trusting God knowing that He is in control, and I will go in His timing. 

Well, today God provided in a BIG way! He provided enough money for me to be able to pay off my loans in 2 years! A whole year shorter! WOW! I mean, I owe a LOT of money so for God to provide me with enough money to cut that down a year is a HUGE deal! God is so good! It is just confirmation that I am going in the right direction and that God is behind me! I am so unworthy of this money, of playing a part in God’s story, of His grace, and yet He still provides! I can never repay the person that helped me or God for providing this money! God is SO good! This just showed me that God cares about my dreams, He is in control, that no amount of money will stop Him from what He wants to do, and that He loves me. 

Playing a part in God’s story is so exciting! I can’t wait to see what is next! WOO!
