But hope that is seen is no hope at all. The tree has many different meanings to me, but one of them comes from 1 Peter 2:24…He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; by his wounds you have been healed. This tattoo is pretty much dedicated to my friends in the slums of India. Also, it is a reminder to me of my purpose in life. Anyways.
